Francois Laguerre

Francois Leonel Laguerre passed away on September 15, 2024 in Ft. Myers, Florida. He was born in Cayes, Haiti on November 11, 1936 to his parents, Dilievre Laguerre and Theralise Dareuce.

He was self employed working as a Ship Captain for Ameritrade for 68 years. His most enjoyable past times were sailing and playing board games & cards. He was a great man and will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Francois Leonel Laguerre leaves his children, Leona Laguerre, Guerline Laguerre, Guerlande Laguerre,Afley Laguerre-Valcourt, Guerdine Laguerre, Juclelande Laguerre, Nenel Laguerre, RoLand Laguerre, Ketia Laguerre, Venette Louissaint, Dunal Laguerre, Jonas Laguerre, Michelet Laguerre; his sisters,  Luce Laguerre-Frazile, Theralda Laguerre-Eugene, Serette Laguerre Cassagnol; his brothers, Elievre Laguerre, Milieve Laguerre, Marc Laguerre and a host of other relatives, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends to cherish his legacy.

A Visitation for Mr. Francois Leonel Laguerre will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Richard Funeral Services 233 North 9th Street Haines City, FL 33844. The Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 10:00a.m. at Beraca First Haitian Baptist Church 1300 26th Street Haines City, FL 33844.
