Marie Franciane Decoste

Mrs. Marie Franciane Decoste, better known as “Claunette” passed away on October 3^rd, 2022 at the age of 64. She was born on January 5, 1958 to her parents, Clarice Douyon and Ophanio Decoste in Ile-A-Vache, Haiti. Mrs. Marie was one of eight children, Louisnel Decoste, Ophanie Decoste, Jean Clenord Decoste, Jean Sony Decoste, Gena Decoste and was preceded in death by of her parents and 2 siblings, Louiscene Decoste and Josette Decoste.

After meeting the love of her life, Jean Sony Celestin, they shared 39 years of love, companionship and family. Together they have 6 children, Jean Louis Decoste, James Celestin, Berthyde Celestin, Jacques Marckenson Celestin, Bertin Celestin and Ashley Celestin.

She delighted in working at Walt Disney World for 17 years before she retired. Mrs. Claunette enjoyed sewing, shopping, dressing up, trying different restaurants and going to church. She was a proud member of the Church Choir of Beraca. Mrs. Claunette leaves her children, siblings, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to cherish her memories.

A Visitation for Mrs. Decoste will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Beraca First Haitian Baptist Church. The Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 10am at Beraca First Haitian Baptist Church 1250 26^th Street Haines City, FL 33844.
